My starting point was as a mid-aged professional striving to grow. I started this as a transactional journey just to address a very small question "Why am I not able to wake up early as a routine and make time for myself”, but over a 4-month period, it has matured to a real life-journey: "Being Present: emotionally, mentally, physically". Anuj is an amazing coach. He is very good at recapturing what your goals and needs are. He outlines the session and has you focus on what you need to do before the week. In the session, he is excellent at keeping you on track without being so rigid in the agenda of the session, he is good at re-directing you back to your goal without making it obvious.
I love the recap email after each session that he sends, as it helps me to meet my goal and remind me what I need to do. I had therapists and other coaches before but it is hard to vibe with them as they get off track and unable to understand and guide you through your goals and achievement, however, Anuj is amazing in what he does, and I love having him as my coach as he keeps me accountable to meet my goals, and I love that he sends me gentle reminder and motivations here and there before we meet to keep me motivated and on task.

The Coaching engagement with Anuj for some of our employees has been absolutely amazing.
I think he’s added a lot of value to them by focusing on his method of self-discovery so that each one of them was able to realize what they need to do to be able to focus on some of the objectives and achieve the goals that they had set for themselves. I can see the visible impact on them when we speak with the employee’s managers or even skip level manager, the teams that they work with.
