This website offers visitors Coaching Services for Personal Development. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.Who can use the Three Circles website?

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

3. Key commercial Terms offered to customers

When buying coaching services, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full detail before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase of coaching service when you sign-on for coaching and you complete the check-out payment process by using the payment link provided by Three Circles.

Prices: The prices we charge for using our Coaching Services will be made available to you prior to signing up, (pricing and applicable taxes will be available on the payments page once you use the payment link that will be provided to you).

Advance Payment: The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes, will be charged 100% in advance of commencement of the coaching.

4. Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

5. Client’s responsibility for receiving Coaching services

1. As a user of the Coaching Services, the Client must confirm that the client is ready to receive the coaching call at the scheduled time

2. The client must understand and agree that he/she is fully responsible for his/her physical, mental and emotional well-being during the coaching calls, including his/her choices and decisions.  He/She is aware that he/she can choose to discontinue coaching at any time.

3. The client understands that “coaching” is a professional client-centered relationship with the coach that is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

4. The client understands that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of his/her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation.  He/she acknowledges that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement his/her choices is exclusively his/her responsibility.

5. The client understands that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the Indian Council or Medical Research / American Psychiatric Association.  The client understands that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and he/she will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy.

6. The client understands that if he/she is currently in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, that he/she has consulted with the mental health care provider regarding the advisability of working with a coach and that this person is aware of his/her decision to proceed with the coaching relationship.

7. The client understands that information discussed during the coaching conversations will be held as 100% confidential unless he/she state otherwise, in writing, except as required by law. He/she understands that certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training OR consultation purposes.

8. The client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals.  He/she understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively his/her and he/she acknowledges that his/her decisions and actions regarding them are solely his/her responsibility.

9. The client understands that throughout the coaching process he/she alone, is responsible for his/her own destiny. Any decisions that he/she makes, and the consequences thereof are his/her own. Under no circumstances can he/she hold ANUJ CHADHA or any other coaches/employees at Three Circles, their family members or consigns or heirs liable for the outcome of any actions that he/she takes or for any failure to reach his/her goals
