Coaching at Three Circles comes to you with 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In case you are not satisfied with the progress you are seeing as a result of the coaching conversations at the end of the first 2 sessions, 100% of your coaching fee will be refunded to you, no questions asked.

 

25% FEES GOES TO CHARITY:

When you pay for coaching or any other service at Three Circles, 25% of all Fees earned is contributed to Charity. It is our way of saying THANK YOU to the world that has given us so much!

 

Refund Process:

1. To place request for refund, we request you to set up a meeting with your Three Circles coach to share your feedback and communicate your refund request prior to the 3rd coaching session. The rationale for this condition is that we do not wish to waste your valuable time nor the valuable time of your coach beyond 2 sessions if it is not working for you.

2. You will also be required to share a proof of advance payment made by you.

3. Once your receipt or proof of payment is received and inspected, we will send you an acknowledgement email to notify you that we have received your proof of payment.

4. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund basis the above-mentioned terms of refund.

5. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days as per the transaction processing time needed.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds are applicable only to Individual Coaching Sessions:

Only fee for individual coaching sessions taken at Three Circles may be refunded. Unfortunately, fee paid for group coaching sessions cannot be refunded.

 

 

 

Coaching Gifts Coupons

 

If the coaching was received as a gift coupon from Three Circles, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of similar coaching at Three Circles. A gift certificate will be mailed to you allowing you to redeem the coaching at a later date or with a different coaching within a limited period of time.

 

If the Coaching gift giver had transferred the Coaching gift coupon to themselves to give to you later, we will send the gift certificate to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your refund claim.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of the key changes.
